What we collect

When you submit the quote form we collect the details you provide: your name, email, phone number, suburb, the type of plumbing job, your description of the job, and any photos you attach. We also record which page the form was submitted from, to help us route the enquiry correctly.

How we use it

Your details are used for one purpose: to match you with independent, SA-licensed plumbers and pass your enquiry to them so they can prepare a quote. The matched plumbers receive only the information needed to quote and contact you. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Email and analytics

Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Resend, a transactional email provider. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used in aggregate - which pages are visited and how forms perform. Analytics data is not used to identify you personally.

Data retention and security

We retain enquiry records only as long as needed to service the referral and meet our record-keeping obligations. We take reasonable steps to protect the information you provide, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Third parties

The independent plumbers you are matched with are separate businesses. Once your enquiry is passed to a plumber, their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy practices. We recommend asking any plumber how they handle your details.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete your enquiry record. Contact us through the form on the contact page and mark your message as a privacy request.
