Why this service exists

Each plumber is independently licensed and responsible for their own work, pricing, and customer service. Verify any plumber's licence on the CBS public register.

We also reference Master Plumbers SA and the Office of the Technical Regulator (OTR) for gas work. Gas work is routed only to plumbers who hold a current gas fitter registration. Backflow prevention and hot water tempering valve work is routed only to plumbers who hold the relevant SA Water endorsements.
